Charlotte has worked her way up within the legal profession and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in July 2018. Practising Fellows of CILEx specialise in a particular area of law which means the everyday work of a Chartered Legal Executive lawyer is similar to that of a solicitor. This means that Charlotte has trained to the same standard as a solicitor in Conveyancing, Wills and Probate.
In order to qualify as a Fellow, Charlotte had to complete a number of years of Qualifying Employment and submit a Portfolio of her academic skills, practical skills and experience before being awarded Fellowship by CILEx Regulation.
Charlotte deals with all types of Residential Conveyancing matters to include Freehold and Leasehold residential sales and purchases, new build transactions, transfers of equity, first registrations and residential sales involving probate.
Charlotte also assists Phil with commercial conveyancing, probate work, the preparation of Wills and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorneys.
Charlotte ensures that she provides a high level of service to make the conveyancing process as stress free as possible for her clients.
