Entering into a contract - Any property related legal problems that arise can be resolved by your solicitor. You will then have to enter into a binding contract for the purchase, the date that the purchase will be completed will also be confirmed.
Completion - Your solicitor will complete the purchase of your property including transferring the funds and helping you to prepare the tax return and pay Stamp Duty Land Tax to HMRC. Also, your name will be registered as the owner and your mortgage provider as the lender.
